Mind over Matter Consulting was founded by Stefaan and Marc Decramer. We combine strong strategic analysis skills with deep health care expertise.
Stefaan is an experienced management consultant with expertise in strategic analysis, value optimization programs, Return on Investment and data analytics. He worked previously as Data & Insights Director at Telenet and as Consultant at Boston Consulting Group. He holds a Master in Engineering and a PhD in Economics.
Marc has a deep healthcare expertise and experience thanks to a broad range of leadership positions in hospitals, hospital networks, healthcare companies and non-profit organizations. He was the CEO of UZ Leuven for 6 years. Currently he still holds board positions at the LUMC (Leiden University Medical Center), the E-17 hospital network, IMEC and AMMA Insurance, which allows him to remain up to date with the recent healthcare trends.
